    1. No transaction or purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, all customers who utilize Cash RoundUpSM will be automatically entered upon use of the service. Customers who utilize Cash RoundUpSM with at least one (1) Cash RoundUpSM transaction in a day will be automatically entered one (1) time. Individuals who are not enrolled in or utilizing Cash RoundUpSM may complete one entry form per day at any Guaranty Bank & Trust location or may go to www.gnty.com/giveawayentry for an entry form and mail it to 16475 Dallas Pkwy Ste 100, Addison, Texas 75001. All entries must be received by Guaranty Bank & Trust between July 22, 2022, and December 31, 2022. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2022, to be eligible for the drawing. 
    2. Prizes: September 2022 through January 2023, one (1) winner will be drawn from Cash RoundUPSM users from the previous month for one (1) gift card to Tecovas valued at no more than $500. The dates for these monthly drawings will be August 15, 2022, September 15th, 2022, October 17th, 2022, November 15th, 2022, December 15th, 2022, and January 17th, 2023. All entries received from July 22, 2022, to December 31, 2022, will be entered into the grand prize drawing. The monthly winners will be notified by a phone call by the 17th of the month they win. Three (3) grand prize winners will be chosen at random and will win one (1) gift card to either Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort or Kalahari® Resorts valued at no more than $2,000 and one (1) Visa® gift card valued at no more than $1,000. Airfare, lodging, and transportation costs are not included in the grand prize. Entrants cannot win more than one gift certificate to Tecovas or one vacation package to Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort or Kalahari® Resorts during the duration of the contest. Tecovas, Kalahari® Resorts, and Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort are not sponsors nor are they otherwise affiliated with this giveaway. All entries will end at midnight CST on Saturday, December 31, 2022. Entry to the contest is limited to one (1) entry per type per day. The winners of the grand prize drawing will be notified by a phone call on January 17th, 2023. All decisions of Guaranty Bank & Trust are final on all matters related to these contests. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All of the drawings will be held at Guaranty Bank & Trust 16475 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 100 Addison, TX 75001. Guaranty Bank & Trust assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, lawsuits, or injury resulting from acceptance of the giveaway. Taxes or other expenses related to a giveaway not specified herein are the responsibilities of the winner and are subject to 1099 reporting at year-end 2022.
